Incoming calls are handled by a smart, pre-configured system that greets callers, offers menu options (press 1 for sales, press 2 for support, etc.), and routes calls accordingly based on your business needs.

Calls can be routed to different departments or team members (Level 1 Forwarding), ensuring no lead or customer inquiry is missed.

The IVR platform is built on a robust PRI (Primary Rate Interface) landline network, ensuring high call quality, uptime, and reliability.

You gain access to detailed call analytics and reporting dashboards to monitor all incoming calls, call duration, missed calls, and more.
